Instructions:

• Clean your skin with cleansing cream or lotion or water.
• If you want,you can preheat the patches inside their package,in warm water (40oC) for 2-3 minutes.
• Remove patches from their package and apply them on your nose firmly.
• Lay down and let the patches work for 30 minutes.
• Remove them and let another 30 minutes pass without rinsing your face, letting the ingredients sink into your skin.
• Rinse and apply your beauty care and makeup.
