Returns Policy

1. Withdrawal

The customer has the right to return his order within 14 calendar days from its receipt, without justifying the reason for the return. In this case the return is made at the responsibility and expense of the customer and our company is committed to a refund of the order within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Prerequisites for exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days are that the product has not been used, that no markings have been removed (eg stickers, brand marking, etc.) and that their packaging has not been opened on electrical / electronic devices. . Also, all items must be returned in the condition received without damage, without any defects, complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging - eg fragile products - must be returned within the special their packaging).

It is also important that the return is accompanied by the purchase documents (retail receipt / sales invoice).

For hygiene items and products (eg swimsuits, underwear, socks, razors, etc.), refunds are not accepted.


1.2. Money Return

In case of withdrawal, the amount of the refund includes the cost of the product as well as the basic shipping costs. Amounts derived from additional services (such as cash on delivery) are not included in the final refund amount.

2. Return and Repair / Replacement of Free Products

Our company takes all the necessary measures so that the shipment of the order contains the correct products that the customer has ordered and the product that will be sent to the customer is fully functional and without damage.

In case of incorrect execution of the order or defective product upon receipt, the cost of returning and sending the replacement is borne by our company and the customer is not charged.


3. Cancelation of Order

In case the customer wishes to cancel his order, this should be done before sending it by our company. In case our company has sent an order, the customer should follow the procedure of the right of Withdrawal.


4. Products - Warranty Terms
