Preparation of the Order

If the product you are interested in is immediately available, the time required to prepare and ship your order is 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday - Out of the weekend and public holidays). In times of increased traffic or staff shortages (Christmas - Easter holiday season, Summer Holiday Period) there is a case of some small delays.

Orders placed before 14:00 are shipped by our company on the same day.

Shipment of your order

The shipments of the products of our online store are performed with the courier company ELTA COURIER throughout Greece.

The cost of each shipment depends on the weight of the ordered products and is calculated during the order completion process.

The basic shipping cost is 2.90€ for orders up to 2 kg. For every extra kilo and for orders up to 20 kilos, the basic shipping cost is increased by € 1.00 / kilo.

Delivery time is 1 day for mainland Greece and 2 days for Epirus, Peloponnese and island Greece.

Shipments of products are made only within Greece.
